MEDIA RELEASE
YACHTING Victoria is thrilled to announce that Mark Bradley and his team at Club Marine Insurance will continue their commitment to the Victorian keel boat racing community as naming right sponsors of the Club Marine Range Series for the next three years.
Yachting Victoria CEO Ross Kilborn said last week he was elated to have the insurance company on board for another three seasons.
``Club Marine have been an outstanding supporter of Victoria’s premier keelboat series for the last three years,’’ Mr Kilborn said.
``The Victorian keel boat racing community really appreciate their renewed commitment as naming rights sponsor for the next three seasons”
Club Marine CEO Mark Bradley said his company was a unique Australian organisation that specialises in providing market-leading insurance solutions for pleasurecraft, including racing yachts.
``As a long-time supporter of yachting in Victoria, Club Marine is delighted to have signed on to support the Club Marine Series for the next three years,’’ Mr Bradley said.
``The Club Marine Series presents the members of the participating Clubs with an opportunity to race against the best boats in their class from right across the Bays, and to prosecute the rivalry that exists between the Clubs contesting the Series.
``Club Marine values long term relationships, and yacht racing demonstrates a number of attributes that we also try to develop in our business - high performance teamwork, creative innovation and sound strategy. We are very proud to be able to invest some of our profits back into the sport of sailing and the community of Victorian sailors through our sponsorship of the Club Marine Series.’’
Club Marine was established 35 years ago, and is now the largest pleasure and commercial leisure craft underwriting agency in Australia.
